Warranty Conditions

1. Warranty Scope

Our company stands for the quality and durability of its products. Therefore, we offer our customers a 10-year All Trust Guarantee on all our sports optics products, including binoculars, riflescopes, and red dot sights. Should a defect occur in the optics during this period, we will replace the product with an equal one of the same or equivalent type.

2. Warranty Start and Duration

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and applies for a period of 10 years. To activate, you must log in and register on the NOBLEX E-Optics website under the "ATG – All Trust Guarantee" section. Proof of purchase date is provided by uploading the original purchase invoice or a corresponding proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Services

Under this warranty, we undertake to replace the defective product with an equal one of the same or equivalent type in the event of a proven defect. The decision regarding the equivalence of a product is at our discretion.

4. Definition of a Defect

A defect within the meaning of this warranty exists when a malfunction occurs that is not caused by improper use and that significantly limits or prevents the intended use of the optics. Examples of defects include:

  • Fogging on the inside of the lens systems or moisture inside the optics despite the promised waterproofness.
  • Failure or malfunction of the electronics.
  • Mechanical defects in the focusing wheels, diopter adjustment, or zoom function.
  • Loosening or breakage of structural components that are not due to improper handling.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear and consumables (e.g. seals, coatings, rubber armoring)
  • Damage caused by improper use, improper handling, or lack of care
  • Damage caused by forces beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, fire, water, or other environmental influences
  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality

6. Claiming the Warranty

To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service. To process your claim, we require:

  • The defective product
  • A copy of the purchase receipt
  • A brief description of the defect

The customer will bear the costs of shipping the defective product to us. The return of the replaced optics will be at our expense.

7. Statutory Warranty Rights

This warranty grants you additional rights and does not affect your statutory warranty rights. The statutory warranty applies independently of this warranty and remains in full force and effect.

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these warranty conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. This All Trust Guarantee is subject exclusively to German law, regardless of the country of purchase or the customer's place of residence.
